      The Wine Cellar at Hotel 1928 returns featuring Aperture Cellars, founded by acclaimed winemaker Jesse Katz. Their Bordeaux-style wines from Sonoma’s cool-climate vineyards blend old-world elegance with bold new-world character, a thoughtful way to close out Valentine’s month.

      One of Aperture Cellars’ sommeliers will guide guests through four paired wines, accompanied by a four-course menu crafted by our culinary team. An intimate experience and the perfect gift for your Valentine.

      Join us for the third installment of The Wine Cellar at Hotel 1928 featuring William Chris Vineyards, a celebrated Texas Hill Country winery known for expressive, terroir-driven wines.

      Monday through Friday from 3 pm – 6 pm, The Brasserie offers a special Happy Hour menu full of cocktail specials as well as light bites and snacks. Grab a seat at the bar and enjoy refreshments among friends.
