      The Wine Cellar at Hotel 1928 returns featuring Aperture Cellars, founded by acclaimed winemaker Jesse Katz. Their Bordeaux-style wines from Sonoma’s cool-climate vineyards blend old-world elegance with bold new-world character, a thoughtful way to close out Valentine’s month.

      One of Aperture Cellars’ sommeliers will guide guests through four paired wines, accompanied by a four-course menu crafted by our culinary team. An intimate experience and the perfect gift for your Valentine.
