With options to host groups of 10 – 400 guests, our unique layout allows us to create a host of different experiences and accommodate a range of events. Explore our unique spaces below.
The Ballroom
For nearly a century, The Ballroom at Hotel 1928 has hosted once-in-a-lifetime events. Located on the third floor, this spacious 5,800 sqft ballroom boasts large windows overlooking Washington Avenue, with direct access to a 700 sqft outdoor terrace.
The Ballroom and Ballroom Terrace offer opportunities to host 250 – 400 guests.
The Library and Suite 16
With two wrap-around staircases, the Library invites guests to comfortably gather among book-lined walls, Chesterfield sofas, and wingback chairs. This semiprivate space is ideal for a cocktail social hour or an informal meeting.
Our boardroom Suite 16 accommodates intimate meetings or dinners for up to 10 people and can be rented on a flat hourly basis. Use of the Suite is included with all Library bookings.
The Library and Suite 16 offers opportunities to host 10 – 35 guests.
The Brasserie at Hotel 1928
Located on the first floor, The Brasserie offers warm classics with a touch of adventure. The Brasserie’s culinary team will work with you to provide a pre-set, family-style menu for your event.
The Brasserie offers opportunities to host 25 – 350 guests.
Bertie's On The Rooftop
Full of nostalgic charm and elevated views of the city, Bertie’s on the Rooftop serves seasonal dishes that bring people together. Bertie’s culinary team will work with you to provide a pre-set, family-style menu for your event.
Bertie’s offers opportunities to host 50 guests inside, 100 on the rooftop terrace.
Washington Suite
The Washington is Hotel 1928’s largest suite. This unique configuration was dreamed up to accommodate groups of different sizes with expansive shared living quarters.
The Washington offers opportunities to host up to 12 guests.
